Hi guys just a little info on the MSG seasonings there are the powdered MSG we call vitsin or agemoto and then the one in the salt form. its is known to flavor food but must be used in moderation one of the side effects from MSG is headaches so thats why folks says it's not good to used if it has yet to cause you headaches no problem in using it you just dont want to over power using it. MSG is used widely even as in bags of chips like cheesticks, doritos etc if you look at the ingredients section it's there as monosodium glutamate Aka MSG just thought I should share this information.

@@joannekangalee3281 hi the powdered msg looks just like example a baking powder texture but is called vitsin and that comes in a yellow and blue can. The salt form is basically slightly bigger that regular salt which comes in packages and also plastic bottles and is called monosodium glutamate, msg is the short version and its white in color and also has a shiny looks to it. It can be found in the food spice section of your grocery store and store hope this helps and you're able to get it

Beautiful burgers guys... Couple tips....put the sauces direct on the meat....it flavors as well as keeps it moist..... Also.....Kevin was correct,the knife was the wrong one....a serrated edge knife would have worked much better..... Keep the awesome videos coming guys...

Great video as usual burgers looking bess and Kevin to open tightly sealed bottles take a butter knife or heavy spoon and tap on the cover a bit it will open easy after that. Works for me .

You are right about MSG Vedesh. It was first discovered by the Japanese. Its the reason Kombu is used in Dashi etc to extract the naturally occuring MSG. Actually red meat, cheese, anchovies, tomatoes, mushrooms all have natural MSG in them. Spaghetti Bolognaise is one of the most Umami laden Western Cuisine dishes because of the red meat, parmigiano, tomato, mushrooms all which have high concentrations of natural MSG. Worcester sauce is made from anchovies again lots of MSG hence umami, thats why its used a lot. Its actually based on an Indian recipe.
