Pork Ribs, Carib Blue and Thunder Doubles

Another great family lime by Cindy. We cooked baked pork ribs two ways, fried chicken, potato salad and baked fish for dinner. Then we sampled some tasty doubles for breakfast.

I love watching all ur videos, this one brings back memories of me coming back to live in the States and asking my Daddy why they wait to season the food when it reach the plate, why they no season all the food before they cook it and let it sit. My Daddy said, because they American and dont know. Not here to upset any Americans, I'm talking about washing ya chicken with lime and salt, season it and let it sit for hours before you cook.
