Spending some time working with one of Trinidad's young farmers. Today we picked sweet peppers, eggplants, coconut, pomegranate, plum, limes, lemons and sapodilla. We worked first hand with him and realized how much we should all appreciate and support our local farmers.

Been watching Trini life with Videsh for over a year now, think hubby and i start watching during our lockdown here in NY. From then on we never miss one of your videos. Love this. Farmers are hardly ever truely appreciated for their contribution to society. Its hard work so you must have passion for it. Devesh is such a hard worker also he is lucky to have his land. Just recently over 30 farmers lost all their crops and land close to the airport. Now when local food production should be top priority. Great job Vedesh, i applaud you for showing what a day is like for farmers. Also David, i love that you pushed through without giving up.

Reminds me of helping my uncle when he had to harvest his crops, us children at the time helped him plant, water, harvest and eat right out in the field, especially the watermelon. Definitely hard work, and good that a lot of your young subscribers see how hard Devesh works.
