The absolute state of Talon is pathetic, remember when 60% of his damage wasn't loaded onto a stupid passive that necessitates an auto attack (AFTER hitting your abilities) and can't be triggered otherwise? He used to be the king of AOE, now he's a joke even single target. Might be more balanced, but feels terrible to play.
