So, the news is Scott D'Amore was fired by Anthem. Gee, what was the talk last week? TNA and WWE having a bit of a working relationship? It's said the troops are not happy campers and already talk of a mass exodus. The most recent contract Moose signed was because of Scott. I hope someone's wrong, but I don't think so. If this is true, someone (AEW perhaps?) is going to hire him then Anthem is going to find out they made a big mistake.

I could see a lot of wrestlers leaving there once their contracts are up. Scott seemed like a pivotal figure in TNA for a lot of them to feel confident either signing or resigning with the promotion. Now that he's gone this is like shooting yourself in the foot. This is so TNA right down to the T.

TNA needs to write their contracts better. There needs to be a one month non-compete, so all taped Impact episodes don't conflict with talent appearing on AEW and WWE first. Time and again talent will do Impact and before their matches air get signed to AEW making the matches meaningless. Yes, this would have been a minor problem with Trinity with the Royal Rumble, but the WWE could have lied stating she was still working for TNA.

Ive been a wrestling fan for years I watched TNA back in the Monty Brown era along with WWF/WWE. TNA has proven they do not care about their fans by firing Scott. He helps rebuild the brand and once he gets it to postive state you reward him sending him packing. Not that it matters but I will no be watching or subscribing to any TNA wrestling in the near future because as a company you have proven TNA is not of moral compass or values.

I agree with you on the fact that Anthem not TNA made a gigantic mistake in sending away someone like Scott D'Amore but I will support TNA anyway I'm a fan of the product I hate Anthem for this decision but I will still follow TNA anyway because I support the wrestlers more than anything else it's not so much Anthem that supports me I do it for the wrestlers and I know that Scott D'Amore can sue Anthem and if I take TNA I know he will do it I'm sure of it

This was an Anthem move. D'Amore wanted to revive and regrow the TNA brand, but Anthem prefers to run it as a low budget 'rassling company they could use for a tax write-off.
