In my experience wet ashing comes with many more disadvantages like safety (it’s very nasty stuff) and a lot more waste solutions to deal with after. And there are ways to get almost all of the gold with burning the chips and washing the ash away. I do agree though that the “violent” kind of washing’s will spill some gold away. But it’s not likely 1 gram from this amount.

Pyrolization is really a better choice. Just need a paint can with a few holes in the top for out gassing and use some sort of standard fire. Could be a burn can or alike where you are burning paper, wood or garden waste. Let it burn for the same length of time or unless the source burns out. Then remove it to cool for a few hours. Then you can do what you did or you can use a ball mill.

What do you mean, put the chips in the can and put it on top of the fire? Would it work considering the fire isn't touching them directly? I just wonder because they have to be burnt to white ash for best results.

@@nevercertain Pyrolization is the most efficient way. Tossing it all in the fire then you have to run it through some sort of separation which will add more bulk to go through. At the end of this process then you have to run it through a ball mill. Then filter the material and maybe run it through again. You just have to look at to figure out if it's worth it by looking at what didn't filter as the major of the ceramics is likely was used as a heat sink. There's an accident. The solution came out like the elephant toothpaste. So I had to take whatever I can from the ground using the buds. That's what you are seeing on the filtering.

I just had a similar overflow last week. Happened as i was removing a small synthetic suede towel i use for cushion between beaker and pyrex casserole dish. Besides a crusty beaker to clean, no loss thanks to catch pan. Although i plan to clean the dirt out of catch pan more often now... lol

Jose humberto Linares sanches oye no se te olvide recuperar la plata.. Fíjate lo que yo hago.. Primero es tener a estos circuitos integrados ok.. 2.. Se queman hasta que se hean blancos ok.. 3... Se trituran hasta hacerse ceniza ok.. 4 a esta ceniza primero lo pasar por un colador para que atrape todo lo fierro ho cosas que no nos sirven. Y así ya obtendrás ceniza limpia ok.. 5.. Luego se lava con agua ..la lavaras hasta que se vea clara el agua y se pueda ver lo que hay en el fondo..y lo que quedo en el fondo ese es los preciosos.. Plata y oro..ok.. Seguimos.. Ya que se ve lo del fondo. Retirad el agua pero dejas un poco Porque primero gecharas nítrico para recuperar la plata y cobre ok.. Le meneas y dejar reposar por una ho dos horas ok .y luego cambias la solución a otro vaso de vidrio ok.. Y seguimos con lo que quedo.ok Aquí solo le hechas aqua regia y listo es para recuperar todo el oro..ok. Y listo.. Dejas reposar por 2 horas y ya Retiras la solución a otro vaso y listo.. 1 volvemos con la solución que tiene plata y cobre ok.. A).. Primero recuperamos la plata Con agua con sal .y le hechas y listo se vera como una leche cortada ese es el cloruro de plata.. Y dejas que todo se paciente el cloruro de plata en el fondo y luego retiras la solución a otro vaso para recuperar el cobre..aquí tan solo le metes una varilla de fierro un pedazo y todo el cobre se le pegara y listo..ok.. B)..seguimos con la solución que tiene el oro..en aqua regia. Aquí tan solo hay que neutralizar el aqua regia con urea y menearse hechar de poco en poco hasta que ya no se vean burbujas y listo Y luego la pasas por un filtro de café Por si acaso tiene badurilla ok.. Y ya en la solución limpia y neutralizada Aquí entra el precipitante de oro el metabisulfito de sodio hecharas fe cuatro cucharas y menearse y la solución te cambiara a obscura y luego dejar reposar toda la noche y luego ya veras polvo de oro en el fondo del vaso y listo. Retiras la solución te quedas con ese polvo de oro y luego lo lavas con agua tres veces y listo. Y luego Ya lavado ese polvo de oro Le hechas solamente ávido clorhídrico a este polvo de oro es para limpiarlo y reafirmar que no lleve otros metales ok.. Le hechas clorhídrico y lo caluenyas al fuego hasta que se haga cono a los frijoles y luego ya lo retiras del fuego y listo.. Y le meneas y listo.y luego le retiras todo el clorhídrico y lo lavas tres veces con agua y ya Polvo de oro limpio de 24 kilates a fundir.. Acabastes con el oro.. Seguimos con el cloruro de plata.. Para convertir este cloruro de plata en plata pura.. Es facilisimo. 1... A este cloruro de plata lo lavas con agua tres veces y recuerda a que se vuelva asentar.. Y retiras todo la solución.. Ok 2 ya lavado este cloruro de plata. Le hecharas tres cucharas de hidróxido de sodio es la sosa cáustica Y la solución que tiene este cloruro de plata te cambiara a negro..recuerda de menearse.. Y después hevharas cuatro cucharas de azúcar y menearse Y listo dejar reposar toda la noche Y después ya veras plata convertida en plata pura Y aquí retiras toda la solución y lo lavas con agua tres veces y listo Plata pura de .9999999 Lista a fundir.. Y en la varilla de fierro que le metistes antes.. Ya recuperasteis cobre Aquí tan solo lo lavas con agua y listo Cobre puro a recuperar Saludos :)

It's fack because DDR3 contain 0.350 mg of gold in 0.375g of ic. According to him he is removing gold from 3Kg ram that means 1.125 kilogram ic or bee less not more. then that means 1.300 or 1.200 mgram gold only.only ram baga chip can contains this much gold.
