Are there ever any instances where BNSF trains will use the wye in Irving to go westbound from the Madill sub towards Fort Worth, or is everything west of Irving strictly TRE and Amtrak?

Nice video, if you ever get the chance and time, come check out Dallas Intermodal Terminal.. I work nights as of now on the ground/training for engineer. Lots of action at night, little to no action on days, but most of the time you'll get to see older MP SD40-2s working the yard.

Well let's just say I got certified as a groundsman in under 90 days it was somewhere around 40, so I definitely picked it up quick. Now I'm training for engineer which I think I've got it down with just 40 hours put into it, but my boss has said to go ahead and get all 80 for the certification. I'm going in later tonight to train and hopefully there's a lot to do because I absolutely love it. Love doing both the ground and engineer. For sure love to blow the horn, some may call me horny lol. Definitely if you've got the time and floodlight come check out DIT at night we are always busy during the night. Building multiple trains, switching out tracks or taking in inbounds.

This was the west end at the Norwood grade crossing. Be sure to park in the lot at the southwest corner of the crossing. DGNO doesn't like people parking in the lot to the southeast of Norwood.
