Larger properties has a maintenance staff. The property manager will be able to lean on them, so they will probably work a regular 9-5, depending on overtime??? Smaller properties will only have a property manager on scene. So they would most likely be 24/7!

there is couple of listing that forget to get mention in this video. property manager refuse to acknowledge any laws & city regulation in each city their tenants live. property manager often take the shortcut to make money including having some of their tenants park unauthorized cars in the middle to settle to increase the rent twice per year.
