I just discovered this song on Spotify and the part where he talks about the girl in the hospital really hit home as I recently lost my brother to covid, I didn't get to say goodbye or anything to him since we weren't allowed in the room, but I just feel that in those last moments he said something along those lines to my parents who were with him as he knew he would be leaving this world, so it kinda brings me comfort knowing that he is with the lord and enjoying his time up there
