22:01 actually that flight attendant wasn't very polite. Usually Air India FAs welcome and thank passengers using namaste gesture. She's just standing with her hands back and saying thank you in a lazy manner. That's one of the only few negatives about this flight I saw. Good review

Standing with namaste, hands front and hands at back, all are polite gestures. Namaste is done mainly at the door of the airplane

US airlines like United, American and Hawaiian Dreamliner have premium economy/economy plus. 11:08, Wow the runway light is bright. 16:26, Row 37 is missing a window, did you notice? Before choosing a seat, you should always use seatguru, so that it will alert that some seat is missing a window like I did. 23:13, Oh you have a bus gate, even on international flight?

Air India offers only business class and economy class on boeing 787 aircraft. But colleagues already mentioned that they are going to restore the boeing 787 cabin and then the premium economy class will also be available. I was also surprised that we were taken by bus to the terminal! i always use seatguru, great web!

Thank you! I flew with checked baggage! I had read and watched the video that Air India is a bad company, but I was surprised by the food, which was very tasty, and by the crew, which was very professional, of course the plane is worn, also my screen didn't work but at the same time they offer wireless entertainment, but for example, the legroom was great, and the ticket price was great - i paid 300 eur for ZRH-DEL-BKK one way! I would definitely fly with them again! I would say solid 7.

What date and month did you film, is that your 1st time flying Air India to Delhi, how's the flight, is your flight to Delhi 90% full, how many hours did you sleep on the plane, do you remember how much you pay to fly Air India and your transiting in Delhi, how's security, is it intense and how long it take?

i flew 2 weeks ago! This was my first flight with Air India. the flight was almost full. i slept for about 3 hours. ZRH-DEL-BKK 300eur one way. Airport security was very slow, there were not many people doing the transfer, but it took a long time!

I see, wow that's cheap. Is it half an hour or 45 minutes? Same when I transit in Mumbai last July, few passenger connecting to another flight, even though I arrive at 5:30am, still security took more half an hour because you have to take out almost everything because they are super strict and security staff is inefficent and took a little break and it's so annoying.

As an Indian, I have say this is the worst airline on planet earth. By an effing mile. Their a350s remind me on what emirates did....15 years ago. Absolute TRASH

According to my experience, air india is a good company, of course, if the price was like Emirates, then it would be a different matter, but for example, I paid one third of what I would pay if I flew with emirates. And hardly any company can compete with Emirates and Qatar.
