TRIP REPORT | Alitalia MD-82 | Rome FCO ✈ Milan MXP | "Sorrento" Business Class | inflight & landing

Alitalia Maddog (MD80) have been retired in 2012 and I had the great opportunity to fly one of the last aircraft still flying in Alitalia fleet in April 2012.
Also, at check-in online, I discovered that two-class seat configuration has been assigned for my flight, so I didn't think twice and I chose to sit in the forward cabin.
The old-fashioned and famous "Sorrento" Business Class seats were used to be dedicated to international routes, however, it was not so unusual to find them on domestic routes.
