To give you a perspective of how big DFW international airport is, the airport expands into 4 cities. Grapevine, Irving, Euless, and Coppell.

Your trip back to London, from Dallas, that's the longest sky bridge, or sleeve I call it, I've ever seen, Wow..

LHR Terminal 3 loves you to pass through their shops, both arriving and departing! The furthest I have ever had to run for a flight was in T3 (when Virgin Atlantic was there), at one of the last possible gates of course! Once past security, I was basically sprinting through the mall - smelled good, at least - and all through the concourse! All of that duty free, wow! I guess a lot of people must shop there but I rarely, if ever, see the place very busy even though it is a captive audience! Thanks for this video and AA's B773 service! Felt like I was along for the ride with you! I might be trying them MIA-LHR later this month. I am sure it will be very similar to your experience from DFW last year!

Hi TCFlyer! Nice report you made here, really enjoyed it! Looks like you had a nice flight with AA despite the delay. First a missing catering truck (first time I heard that lol) then a broken lavatory. The food looks pretty nice, although the breakfast isn't a lot.. Keep these nice report coming :) Regards, Brendan

2:00 dfw airport is nither in dallas or fort worth, but it is in 4 other citys which are grapevine, irving, coppell, and euless
@MrDariolett6 жыл бұрын
AirplaneCuber And yet the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth completely control own and operate the airport. They purchased the land back in the 60s and the two cities build the airport in that land located in Dallas County and Tarrant county. The airport opened in 1974.

No, the airport is in DFW Airport, Texas

Love the video! Have a layover in DFW heading to SLC for my vacation this summer in July!

I went through DFW airport , I had to get help getting to my gate. The Skylink was confusing because I had never used it by myself. It is learning experience. The porter workers was a life saver.

my wife and I took this flight in June on the 777. The economy seats are so tight and uncomfortable. very little leg room. we had more leg room on our return flight from Munich to Philadelphia on an American A330
@TCFlyer5 жыл бұрын
Alex Boshaw I agree. The economy on the 777 has very little legroom compared to other carriers such as BA.

My home airport I plane spot there a lot favorite aircraft to catch is Qantas A380 love the video btw
@paulm.74226 жыл бұрын
DFW only accommodates one A380, at present ... the Qantas QF7/QF8 flight for Sydney. Emirates EK221/EK222 used an A380 for a while, but scaled back to a 777, due to traffic volume.

Was your flight on time in Heathrow after a missing catering truck and lavatory issues?We only have 2 hour layover in LHR and we still have to transfer from T3 to T5. LHR is not really good when it comes to terminal transfer.

that meal has more plastic than food.... omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Flight Attendants present you with a meal still unpacked? just exactly WHAT do the flight attendants do at AA... ??? Play on FACEBOOK????
@scottvernon94135 жыл бұрын
What a disgrace... AA brings a nonoperational plane to the gate (busted toilet)... can't find the catering truck...... and not a manager in sight!!!!!!!!!! They take your money, and if it's on time.. cool.. if not, oh well.......
