✈ Trip report | Condor by Heston airways A330 | Dusseldorf - Palma ✈

Welcome to another trip report, this time flying with Condor airlines again, originally the flight was to be operated by the B757-300, however a few week after the aircraft was switched to Heston airlines and the A330-200, I had never heard of Heston airlines before.
The flight itself, is operated by Condor crew, however it was not a pleasant experience, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable to top it up the aircraft had an INOP APU which means for the passengers that there is essentially no air conditioning while the aircraft is on the ground, the aircraft then went tech so we were sat on the plane for almost 2 hours when it was 30 degrees outside, making for a very unpleasant experience. an hour into the delay we were informed of the problem, the crew did hand out water but only after an hour of sitting there.
Once in the air though, we had smooth flying conditions, due to the delay we had a nice sunset landing into Palma,
The aircraft did feature the new condor IFE where you can stream entertainment to your on device, which i liked, I did also pre-order food for the flight.
