There are reasons pilots make "hard" landings and what we would consider hard would not be considered abnormal by flight crew. This was a dry runway and had plenty of space so I think the pilots just wanted to clear the runway faster.

there is more than you mat think- i flew First class and as you could tell a little before departure there was a beverage served to first class and also during morning and evening flights, First class is served meals and premium snacks as well. although it's not worth a short flight, it will definitely make your long distance trips more comfortable

Great video! For the money it really should be a lie flat seat..any flight over 4 hours should offer a lie flat seat in business/first. Copa airlines and silk air installed lie flat in their 737 max fleet and United were looking at installing it on their max planes for long US routes

Have flown Delta Economy, Comfort Plus and First Class on domestic flights and I can say that the only perk of first and comfort plus is the extra legroom and a free alcoholic beverage. Otherwise you get the same "premium snacks" and drinks as everyone else on most flights with the exception of a select few long-distance domestic routes.

Usually, flights that depart after 8 PM there is no meal because it is presumed no one wants to eat at midnight. Delta does provide meals to flights that depart after 5am and through flights departing until 8pm.
