hey how is the customer service on this airline. Will they let you get away with 8kg cabin baggage,. Are they strict

Their Customer service is good! Yea they actually let me off with cabin baggage over 9kg!

I was wondering why you connected through Abu Dhabi. I then Googled "Flights Doha To Mumbai" and saw Etihad has the cheapest fare. That makes sense.
