Taking my first Hawaiian flight in September, also in extra comfort. I’ve gone through a lot of videos about this plane, but yours is the first I found which actually showed where the power outlets are. Great job on the video, thank you.

Weird how they make you check in at the old terminal, than head over to the new one 🥴. HNL needs to show some love for the rest of the airport and do a complete airport renovation.

When i flew to Kauai from LAX 5 years ago.. HAL didnt have any screen to watch tv.. you had to use your iphone or ipad to open HAL app and then you can go thru their menu for movies.. food etc...

Last time i flew HAL SYD/HON I booked extra comfort seat…13 or 14b. Can’t recommend this seat…every time crew pushed the trolley into aisle they smashed the armrest of the seat.😢

How do you recline back the seats ??

A button is located on your armrest. This allows you to recline your seat.

Since this lands in Tom Bradley Int Airport, did you have to go through customs or was there a separate exit for domestics?

The exit for domestic flights is separate. You will not need to go through customs. It will be like any normal flight. You will arrive and leave through the boarding area like a normal flight.

Can you use headphones to watch movies and what connection is it please

Yes you can watch movies with headphones. The headphones must be wired. Bluetooth is not compatible. If you forgot a pair of headphones, Hawaiian has earbuds/headphones for purchase.

It can depend on which seat you are in, like a normal/standard seat, bulkhead, exit row, or last row of the plane. In general, expect 16.5-18in of width.

Ok i was just curious because im flying the a330-200 also, just wanted to inow if it was comfy. Does it also vary on the space of the seating too?

@@tylerm1425 It can vary depending on class and seat location. For example the end of the aircraft pivots inward, which may affect the last couple of rows to technically have lower width. However, Extra Comfort, seen in this Trip Report, is guaranteed the 18in of seat width.
