Flew on a JetBlue phase 2 on 7/19, EWR to MCO, N746JB, the NY Jets livery plane. Loved the IFE. Not so fond of the new seats. We found them to be hard and uncomfortable. After a 1/2 hour or so, struggled to find a comfortable position. Seat back was OK, but seat cushion was what was causing us to shift and squirm for most of the flight. They don’t have enough padding and are too hard for my boney butt.

I found the same problem after a few hours in the air, I wish the seats were more comfortable

The IAE V2527-A5s on 589 make me miss seeing & hearing the B6 A320s here in Long Beach! BTW, Phase 2 Restyled cabin is the best!

When i flew on Oct 6 to Vegas got to fly the phase 2 for the second time. much better then the first. Which the seat cushions were more plush and not so flat. The way back home was the same too. JetBlue flight crew was nice to give me a note which was signed by all of them as well as a snack box for my birthday. I was also offered a drink for my 21st but declined as it was too early

I flew the phase 2 once. I noticed there was much more noise fulfilling the cabin and was annoying throughout the flight. The seats weren’t the most comfortable but nicer then the old ones. The best of it all was the bigger tvs, and mood lighting

I’m going in 2 days! Same trip except I’m going to Vegas 😄 I hope we get phase 2 as well I think it would be more comfortable

Fantastic video. I must for sure give JetBlue another chance as shown here the new Phase II seats seem to be very comfortable and with still ample legroom despite the reduction of legroom. Hope you enjoyed the trip, and bruh delays are always a huge pain especially on redeyes
