I've flown this route as well, but later in the day (middle of the afternoon). On my flight we got a wrap to eat instead of a sandwich. The wraps are very tastfull!

If you pay €7,20 for a window seat with really good legroom, I don’t think you should be unhappy over the food and/or that there isn’t a USB port. It costs €7,20 for a reason.

Great video! I've flown a few times with KLM and try to avoid the cheese sandwich they tend to serve for breakfast! I've flying with them from Barcelona to Cardiff in July and looking forward to it as they are a good airline.

Damn !! You have the same engine sound than me. Well, almost the same. I had the seat 7F on SWA3115 from MSY to DAL and the view and the sound were stunning !! Plus, right after the takeoff heavy rain started to fall, I mean there was heavy vortex :D can you check out the video plzzz Edit : it was a 737-700 registered N7832A

We in the Netherlands love our cheese sandwiches. It is also very healthy. However, taste differs from person to person. I am glad that one can get just a regular sandwich. Al those sandwiches in bars, restaurants, etc, are always fancy. No regular anywhere. However, I agree with you that there can be more choice for everyone. Although KLM offers a more eleborate meal with European flights as from 2 hours.
