It's a standard arrival path (set of predetermined geographical waypoints) used by most aircraft inbound to YYZ from the east/south east, classified by Air Traffic Control and Pilots as the LIING3 STAR

Reason why turboprops don't have sinks is because the water pipes will freeze at high altitude, they are not insulated or heated.
