I’m exactly like you Sandy…. I have a rule to not sit down when I come back from holiday until my suitcase is unpacked, everything is put away or put in the laundry basket….then I can relax ☺️

Very nice! I’m a “right, let’s get unpacked” person too. My hotel room is also unpacked and organized, even for one night. I think you showed remarkable restraint at the shops. My always purchase is a package of Red Vines! I’m easy to please 🤣🤣

Ooohh love the Vera Bradley bag and purse.Clifton Hill looks a superb place. Don't get that sort of thing here in NZ. It would be really overwhelming and with the huge number of people.We are just a small Pacific Islands nation and very slow, laid back but with beautiful scenery.

I’m with you on unpacking immediately upon getting home, like immediately. I like to get the dirty clothes into the laundry and everything else put away including bags and suitcases. Fortunately my husband is the same! Travel is fun, but I love coming home too.

Glen is a fast walker!! LOL I was thinking I couldnt keep up with him - so Clifton Hills is like mini Disney? What a fun place to go and walk around or do the mini cars, or Ferris wheel!!😊 Nice little get away including Niagara Falls and shopping. Realized target in US? Lots of tourist at the Falls, but great fireworks, - like your new t-shirt - great color on you!! Thanks for a fun blog - 😊

We had a camper van that we travelled around in. When we got home, I pulled out the dirty laundry, our electronics and the food out of the fridge that way if we got busy at work the next day I didn’t have to worry! 🌸🌼🌻

I love your Vera Bradley duffel bag. That is the perfect size for a weekend away and better yet, they last forever! You will have to plan a trip to use it. 😊 You got some great items, and it is always great to find things when you aren't looking for them.

Be sure to use a very thin layer of that CeraVe. It is like petroleum jelly but better ingredients. After bath, or on still damp, but not wet skin you need even less. It takes a while to soak in and some clothing will turn into oiled cloth if you don’t water long enough. We loved Niagara Falls. The fireworks and the water colors and music were fantastic. It was our anniversary and we had dinner in the rotating restaurant on the needle.

I can relate to trying to knit while driving. Without fail I get travel sickness. Only this after here in Melbourne I was watching Griff Rhys Jones documentary of Canada and he showed all the sites you did. Thank you for sharing

Thank you so much for sharing your trip to Niagara Falls! It's been many years since my hubby and I have been there and now I want to go back!! It's only a 5 hour drive from our home in Ohio. We prefer staying on the Canadian side because the view is SPECTACULAR. The last time we went we stayed in a hotel connected to the casino and had a fantastic view of the falls at night. Probably way out of our price range now though. 😂

Prices can be high, but you have the advantage of the American dollar. Our dollar is much lower than yours right now. :)

Sometimes, when I watch vlogs I become concerned that the vlogger is spending too much time filming for us and not enough time actually enjoying the experience. I think you're smart to film less and enjoy more and be in the moment.

Thank you! I think some people can just do it all simultaneously but I really have trouble being in the moment if I'm filming.
