Well I got them replaced under warranty and haven’t had any issue ever since. The dream is still to upgrade to lithium but it is expensive

I hope you enjoyed in spite of the power issues. How are your batteries now? I went to Düsseldorf last year and a day wasn’t enough - would like to go back at some point in the future, but it is a bigger trip from the U.K. I’m thinking about Li batteries too from a weight saving perspective but so far the Banner flooded battery on the Dreamer is working OK, so I’m reluctant to spend the money. My D55+ has the starter battery in the front cab but the habitation battery next to the Truma under the dinette seat.

I did, definitely going back next year, better planned, better prepared, hopefully with a press pass to do some serious filming etc... Batteries will be look at next year. Oh onder the seat, that probably gives you more options as there is more room than under the front seat. Are you happy with your D55+? that is the one with the swivel closet in the shower right?

Van Lossie Yes, the D55+ is the 6m van with transverse bed and the hidden shower. Like you, I think shower curtains are a work of Satan 😀. I’m considering the Lifos battery, which is only 68Ah, but as you know can be discharged to zero, giving an equivalent capacity of 110Ah lead acid.

I have two batteries, total 184ah and no problème for the moment...🤗 I have two solar panneaux total 200w ( remember, I have exactly the same van of you ) excuse me for my english...🤔😫

battery problem doesn't sound good, you should have spoken with Andrew Ditton as he had a battery problem in one of the loan vans. I'm guessing it will be a trip to your Adria dealer to check the leisure battery out, hopefully you will update us all and I hope it is easily resolved. Lithium batteries moving up your list rapidly 😅. Bull bars are deemed too dangerous for pedestrians in the event of accidents but I agree they look cool.

Andrew had a problem with the sun living on his winter tour, it would not charge because of a lose connection if I remember correctly. Lithium batteries are so cool. I read that a 180Ah pack is comparable to a 320Ah AGM battery in usable capacity because you can drain them further. I would have ordered one already if it was not for the price. They did give a significant discount at the salon, but I have no more left to spend this year. It's going to the dealer this weekend, hopefully they can fix it!
