Awesome video as usual, sorry for the delay, been travelling in a camper from Alice to Darwin n back n out to Uluru n back to Alice with the family, first trip since COVID, hopefully back on the road again soon. Hot tip, marinate the bacon overnight in Worcestershire sauce 2 or 3 drops of Tabasco n a squeeze of a good Smokey BBQ Sauce Fishmaster Bobby will approve

Salmon trout is probably the most maligned fish in Australia, apart from carp. It's absolutely delish when cooked fresh, filleted, then just doused in flour and egg. A sprinkle of salt and lemon, and OMG, you'll never turn your nose up at it again. It MUST be fresh though, never frozen.

Such another entertaining video with great photography. The oyster farm was amazing. Safe travels. Oh to attract emus give this ago - on opposite side of the vehicle wave a jumper/clothing up high so it appears to emu something is flopping on the roof. They are inquisitive and possibly will come up to the car. Technique courtesy of Charlotte Plains Station, Cunamulla QLD. Good luck but don’t be tempted to get out of car.

Fish master Bobby brilliant episode really really enjoyed it a suggestion for ya when making oyster kickpatricks LOL mix Worcestorshire and BBQ sauce together and bacon of coarse and finally drop a couple granules of rock salt in the oyster as well and heat up like ya did in the Weber absolute mint mate

Other you-tubers i watch just went to coffin bay (the explorer life), there is a place were you can swim with seals, was pretty cool. Mate i just shaved my head also today!! i love it feels so much better but i do it every summer. here in the usa we batter oysters in corn meal and deep fry them (or beer batter) there good! this was a good trip mate! was so funny to see her eat a raw one!

If you got you anchor line and the boat swings with tide. Place your Berley bag , pot down the line so the berley floats under the boat. Flathead. Red tube over hook shaft. You might try a hook on. bottom sinker. The puff of sand on boat drift says come and look flatty. Remember bait you buy is heavy salted.

G'DAY Justin, another fantastic VLOG thankyou, especially enjoyed the video tour of the Oyster farm, here's a hint for Oyster "Kilpatrick", same Recipe as yours,but equal amounts of lemon juice and Tobacco sauce,or if going just with the bacon and 1 sauce,try Sweet Chilli sauce or Plum sauce! To catch flathead,one must consult with your local tide charts,get there an hour or two either side of low tide,then can observe on the Sand flats,where the flathead are laying and feeding on the incoming tide,as regarding fishing Guides go,"Fishmaster "BOBBY",with legs less tanned than yours, should have been a sign of you drinking for free,as always, Kindest Regards, Dave McLaughlin Queensland Australia
