This is very much how I built my version of Ovika. I used a bunch of artifacts and enchaments to give my creatures +1/+0 (so I can still use skull clamp). And damage triplers and mana rocks. I also used board wipes like Raise the Palisade and Perplexing Test instead of damage based

Another card for Ovika is Pyrokinesis. It's decent removal early game but with Ovika out it also gives you free 6 1/1s

I have my own version of ovika and it’s pretty different from your list but this commander can definitely pop off hard. One of my favorites for sure.

My deck has a ton of mana rocks instead big spells , really synergy to this deck. Also, possibility storm work well , create a ton of goblins and really hard to deal with . Another good mate for him is Graass , turn all goblin to 5/3 out of nowhere is deadly!

Ovika is ABSURD!!! I just played a bunch of ramp and card draw and that alone is crazy, if you do a BUNCH of ramp, IF they try and get rid of ovika it's cool because you can just cast her again 😂

Gonna point this out real quick, Mana Echos is even more powerful than what's mentioned, so if cast an 8 Mana spell, it will give you 8 goblins, and net you 81 colorless Mana as the goblins are Phyrexians, and Mana Echos triggers for each creature
