Love the incorporation of Mitton’s “turn the faces of engines not in focus away from the camera” trick into this adaptation- it’s the little things that make fan adaptations of unadapted RWS stories great.

Excellent. You'd be an excellent director for Mattel. The problem with the new Thomas was the charm, which is why it ended, it didn't capture the 'feel'. However, this felt like a season 2 episode converted into toys. The tone and depth of narration was good too

I also like some of the neater details in the vid, like how Thomas says "hi sir!!" when Topham tries to find a new engine to pull the express. However it does not include the greates engine of all time (billy) so -100/10!!!!!!!! Plus you are GROUNDED GROUNDED GROUNDED FOR 23452345 YEARS!!!!! /j
