Seems like a clear ID of Wuhan (武汉广播电视台 at :09) to me.

Thank you, for the confirmation. I also hear them mention Wuhan Guangbo dentai, Hubei. While the archives were running, I tried every available radio station from Hubei that has archives and found nothing. The radio station was caught for a very long time, I'll try later to translate what they say through a neural network.

@@ivanabilev7920 Listening to this, it sounds like the end of a half-hour program that is telling you where/how you can listen in different areas. I don't think this is an ID for an individual station (there are none in Hubei actually). You would have to move ahead to :30 to hear anything local I think, if the station was recorded then and was still heard. Even if you could ID the name of the program/ad, it would not be easy to find which station it was.

@@ivanabilev7920 Going a different route, I compared all stations on both frequencies to find out if they have anything in common (I assume you are saying you heard the same thing on 90.4 and 92.0) and only ONE station runs on both frequencies: Yunnan News Radio, right around all your other stations. I listened to their archive in the same time slot, but because it is too late to listen to the 6th, I listened to today, which is a weekend and may be different. Nothing like what is in your clip, but that doesn't mean it's not them. Uncertain, but important info to investigate more.
