An easy way to tell if it's a bot is check out the profile. If they are in a clan it's definitely a real person. No clan is a heavy indicator of a bot. Not 100% but damn close to it

Now, that's new! Bots with Mr. Negative... ;-P This Feral guy: Definitely a bot. This bit deck version always have Dino and Iron Man and they insist to play both in the same lane. They also usually pack White Tiger that, with Negative on, can be really scary if you draw a crappy hand.

Generic name, base avatar (like a Misty Knight avatar with a name like "James" or a Marvel one), and no alliance. Will usually be playing a "real" deck poorly, or a deck with little synergy. There's a list of the known names out there.

Just something I picked up on this video especially is your repeated use of 'man' and 'human man' when referring to your opponent. It happened when talking about the bot and when your opponent played Cosmo into Superflow. Might not seem like a big deal but it does speak of misogyny to always assume that you're playing a man.

Regis doesn't tend to use variants since he's not super interested in them himself, and he likes people to easily be able to tell what cards are without having to parse the alternate arts.
