I'm The Best In My Country At Triple Jump Out Of My Age Group, And I Travelled To Barcalona To Watch Teddy Tamgho And Phillips Idowu In Action And Both Of Them Are Very Very Exceptional Athletes And They Are Very Nice People Aswell :) I Spoke To Teddy Tamgho In English And He Knew, As Soon As He Landed Such A Good Step Phase That He Had Broken The Record. I Think If There's Anyone Who Can Beat The Outdoor World Record It's Teddy Tamgho Or Phillips Idowu

yeah it is, the world outdoor record still stands with Johnathan Edwards at 18:26 set in Stutgart in 1995, he also broke the record with an earlier jump of 18:19, he also alegedly went 18:43 wind assisted in one meet but I'm not sure on the validity of that story.

@spyty3 Wind. If it is going in the direction you're running and jumping it will obviously help you. Indoor, as you know, has no wind. It's probably the best conditions for getting the most accurate results.

Must be in reverse then as Jonathan Edwards jumped 18.16, followed by 18.29 20 minutes later in 1995. 1995 is before 2010 unless the rules of time have changed.
