20 g baking cocoa
120 g butter, melted
For the three chocolate mousse layers:
600 grams of whipped cream
80 g dark chocolate or couverture
80 g milk chocolate or couverture
80 g white chocolate or couverture
3 x 50ml milk
3 x 1.5 sheets of beef gelatine halal
