Please🙏 help me sir. My father's uncle will my father's name before he died. The testator will die. Father's aunt challenged the will in court in 1979 over whether the will was invalid. In 1980, the court ruled in my father's favor. And they will get their uncle's property. However, the court asked the father to take care of the aunt. But Auntie Ji left home and started living with someone else. My father will die in 1986 and the property will be transferred to my name.Now my father's aunt has reopened the same old case against me in court. The aunt did not mention the old case in her claim in court. My father's aunt is 90 years old now. I have all the old court orders and other documents. My lawyer is not doing anything. Please suggest a solution.
