Simon Jermond has to find a way to eat DJ Kat's socks after losing a bet. DJ Kat and Marcelle Duprey present the DJ Kat Klub. They show us this weeks pictures sent in by viewers and the best picture gets a goody bag. Afterwards we have a link into Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles.

is just me or did the adverts seem a lot better in the past ,im not sure if im holding on the nostalgic side but the times just seemed a lot better ,saying that i was only a child. i use to live and breath the dj cat show and its weires how you forget all the memories but when i watched this it brought it all rushing back,running home from school to get in in time for teenage mutant ninja turtles ...and and that detective duck show ..great thanks for posting made my day

gorrystinks i did exactly the same thing! im not joking i was the same age as you. im 26 now but back in the day i didn't leave 4 school untill the ninja turtles had finished. Do u remember buying the turtles stickers and u get a stick of chewing gum with it??

Well that's not entirely true. Before Sky One started, there was Sky Channel - english speaking channel, broadcast from Holland. DJ Kat Show was broadcast from Hilversum, Holland, and was hosted by Linda DeMol. There as also Fun Factory on saturday mornings - they ran classics like Transformers gen 1. This was all back in 85 - 86... I was 10 then... 32 now. Wow... nostalgia!

Yep and both Fun Factory and Dj Kat were much better back then..Linda De Mol was great...Sky was the place for Transformers back then, it was a great channel.

this brings me back in 1993 i was only 1 years old but i remember great shows like power rangers and star trek the next generation even wrestling which still love being on sky one sucks that sky one will probably never have great shows like them ever again but i love watching these old videos they bring me to my childhood

Sky One doesn't even exist anymore but it lost it's appeal in the late 90's anyways..end of an era.

Sky was around since the early 80's..it used to be based in Holland up until the late 80's when it moved to the Uk and became what it is today.
