Question: For Discard Number. Can I discard ANY numbers (with the same nos)? Or should I also need to take note of the last card placed on the draw pile as referece?

No you pick a number from your hand and discard all of that number.

Skip Uno rule: if you spin either discard number or color, and it leads to you using all the cards in your hand, you don't need to say Uno, just show they're all affected, and you win.

Theres 2 options: 1: Ignore the effect and play any color. 2: Take that card to the bottom of the deck and put another card. If you get another wild/draw 4, repeat until you get a number card
