guys so hwachae (화채) is actually smth we eat here in south korea (in summer) and if u want it to taste good u should do the original way, not how it's known in tiktok. imma just write it down for anyone who wants to try - The key is to put WATERMELON and to use SPRITE. *WATERMELON is curcial. Use minimum kinds of fruits and don't put smth like passionfruit. I'd recommend watermelon, strawberries, melon, apple, pineapple and blueberries. (maybe bananas too, but personally a nay) *And u gotta use sprite or seven up, not homemade strawberry milk. I hope this helped anyone who came by this and wants to try making this😊
