Here is the advice you should hear but probably don't want to hear. Don't think about her and start having a chat with other girls. You already told her to meet up so she probably knows whats going on. Asking her out for a date is something a girl should understand. So you don't have to waste your time on her anymore. I'm not saying that you should ignore her. Still be polite and kind but it's important not to break your Balls because of one girl. If she "decides" for that other guy, then you know that she was talking crap since she doesn't want to be "pushed".
