This is the flight report I was waiting for since the A220 was launched. The A220 has the potential to become the world's most popular single aisle aircraft, just like the 737 some 30 years ago.

If they’re gonna block off the middle seat in Business Class, they might as well get rid of that seat and make the others wider. That goes for all European Business Classes.
@mikehunter14833 жыл бұрын
Why? That would limit them. It’s so if they ever need to use that aircraft in a high configuration they can.
@avgeek_03073 жыл бұрын
@@mikehunter1483 but then why don’t other airlines from different continents have that same configuration in Business class? They could also have to use the aircraft in an all economy config.
@avgeek_03073 жыл бұрын

Yeah, that should be commented on more. A six hour flight and no tinnitus or noise rage. The worlds first "geared" turbofan engines produce less noise at cruising speed. But that's only half of the magic. When Bombardier was developing the C-Series (now Airbus 220) it incorporated the noise canceling technology it had developed to make it's new Dash-8 variant the Q-400 (Q)uieter. Aircraft with this technology have a bank of noise canceling speakers around the height of your shins running the length of both sides of the fuselage.

Is airbaltic low cost?!????
@krebssfish93703 жыл бұрын
Kinda. It's more of a hybrid really. You get better food, seats, and an aircraft than, for example, Ryanair, but not at the level of legacy carriers like Lufthansa (for example you don't get free water (at least in economy, idk about business class) they are quite strict about the weight of your carry-on, and the in-flight prices for drinks, meals and snacks reflect a low-cost carrier). The ticket prices kinda reflect that aswell.
