I tried myself and it's difficult because the plane is constantly moving. And not having a comfortable firm handle will also contribute to shakiness

Lufthansa is my go to choice whenever/wherever possible. As a frequent First Class traveler, I can say without reservation that Lufthansa service is OUTSTANDING from start to finish. I always allow some extra time when connecting through FRA because I want to refresh and enjoy the First Class Terminal. My favorite seats in F/C are either 1A or 1K because they are so forward and afford great privacy. 😉. I always sleep well inflight because of the privacy of those seats and the bedding is very comfy.

Slushy Sunday first class is and will always be expensive .. In this day in age business class is the most highest part of service on some airlines .. They eliminated first class because well nobody buys them anymore.. Business class keeps improving from then on till now its still improving.. Now if u really want to go to first class I suggest going with a credit card that lets you transfer points to airlines .. Or go with business class for that matter.. Its most likely what first class used to be like .. A fully flat bed and a lounge and priorities on airports.. So yeah just go with business class.. ;)

I can't believe the amount of food on offer in the F-C lounge, and then multiple courses on the plane itself, all of it quite decadent (but probably delicious). It would be easy to gain 20 lbs. if you indulged in all of this on a frequent basis.
