Just did the "Big seat" on TF-NEO - a smaller A320-200neo (fuel efficient/quieter) from Reykjavik (KEF)-Pittsburgh (PIT) in the flight's only big seat row up front. Key differences were that there wasn't a divider between the front row and the section of XL/XXL seats, there wasn't a slide-out drink rest (just the normal in-arm tray), and there wasn't a padded leg rest (which would have been handy if I was looking to sleep. The recline was comparable to most domestic US first class seats. Still, the seat did have the USB + multi-plug power outlet, and service from the crew was terrific. Zero complaints when comparing it to a traditional airline trans-continental business class ticket.
