I have one questions. He says that The Church is not religion. In religion people do everything to God not destroy them. In the Old Testament we see these kind of things a lot of time. So, Jesus Christ said that i didnt come to change everything, i came to complish it. As bishop tells two another pray type. How we can say that praying style which in Old Testament is false? It was not made by God?

The Orthodox Church is not a religion but it is religious. What people like Father John Romanides and Bishop Athanasius mean when they speak against "religion" is the tendency of pietism or Pharisee-ism, getting hung up on the religious rites themselves and not understanding the deeper meanings those rites signify
