Not long ago I lost my wife of 13 years to breast cancer. She was a big fan of Trisha. My wife was an incredible woman, beautiful and what a voice. This is one of my all time favorite songs. It means so much to me. Grant was non-verbal until he was eight years old...but when he was about 4-5 years old we were driving down Mansfield Avenue and I was listening to "Thinkin About You" by Trisha Yearwood when all of a sudden Grant belted out an entire line to the song. I could not pull off onto a side street fast enough. I thought I would wreck. I threw it into park and turned around screaming "SING IT AGAIN BABY! SING IT FOR MOMMY!!".

Not having recorded them would not have made it not have been (if that makes any sense). Better to have a clear record of history, for better or worse, than to forget anything we might learn from it.
