These videos always leave me conflicted because as a starbucks barista I feel like customers think we actually act like this when in all honesty we're trying our best 😂 a majority of the time in situations where someone is rude it's either the other way around or a misunderstanding, although obviously not every barista is perfect and some are going to be better at customer service than others. I have had coworkers who do act a bit rude sometimes, and they're always corrected or reprimanded if it's repeat behavior. But the ASMR itself is relaxing af, so I just have to avoid the comment section and try not to overthink it 😂😭
