Sleep is critical! That 3 hours of lost rest can affect you long-term down the road. Sleep is where the body restores itself. Your physical health and mental sanity are the most valuable things you have. I burned myself out working 12-hour days 7 days a week being on duty 24/7 as a live-in caregiver for 98-year-old man with dementia. My body crashed After a year and the fatigue has been so bad I've been unable work a steady job for over a year now. Balance Is the key! Take care of your body its the only one you have! It's irreplaceable!

I have my own company and it’s doing really well. I’ve never worked for anybody. Yes I work all day everyday but I’ve tried the less sleep thing and I was the most unproductive I’d ever been. My focus was not on point. Getting the best sleep possible and working out ensures efficiency. All you guys with your fake businesses that produces nothing obviously do this to feel good about yourselves. Health is wealth, wealth is health, found out the hard way. Pay attention to your circadian rhythm and ensure you get the best sleep possible. Eat good and workout daily. Meditate, drink water, do cold plunges, read and invest. The results will come. With that said, if I did have launches coming up and fires to put out then you bet I pull an all nighter. You young guys need to stop hanging on to his every word, be your own person and be the best version of you. That’s all.

Yeah i mean it's all about self-actualization. The only element you can gain 100% control over is yourself. Healing your inner child is how you can scale, launch, and set out as many fires as humanly possible. How much you want it is also an essential factor. If you don't mind me asking, how many hours do you sleep and is there any specific type of meditation you do?

Don't do this less sleep thing everyday. Because 1 hour less sleep per night is 7 hours less sleep per week and 28 hours of sleep lost a month. You can apply this principle for 1-3 days a week and it works

@thegoon3088

It likely wouldn't be a whole decade you shave off purely from sleeping more or less to be fair. Also if you sleep 9 hours a day and I sleep 5 hours a day, over a 60 year period I'd have been awake for almost 90,000 more hours than you which is equivalent to about 10 years. So your extra 10 years of life are at the point where you're old and not doing shit, and my extra 10 years was during my entire course of line and in my prime. I'm good with that bruh i'll die at 79 you can go at 86 lol who gives a fuck at that age. What are you gonna use those 10 extra years for, to wake up and do your fucking garden and complain about your back?

@@alanpower8234 No, they aren't likely oversleeping. They are just not being productive in the hours that they are awake. In fact, getting the right amount of sleep will allow you to be more effective physically, mentally and emotionally. Think about the difference in how you feel on very little sleep versus getting adequate sleep.
@TheamazingPK

Definitely do not agree with this. If you need to get one hour of sleep less thats fine. I'm personally not sacrificing my health for work because I value my health. You can get MORE done and be MORE productive with more sleep as well. I think the sweet spot is 7 hours. But I understand his point.

You know I am starting to realise that my be a good advice actually. Listen, normal people getting fcked up on the weekends fifty times per year. Do you believe that sleeping a little bit less in some periods of your life will affect as much in energy levels as it affect them? I am 30 years old this year, I train boxing and do gym for many many years. And working a lot hours per week. When you have so much energy sometimes you just sleep 5 hours and it's ok, because you are used to stress. Then will be days where I will sleep 10 hours when I don't have work to do. More recent studies suggest that catching up on sleep during weekends can mitigate some of the negative effects of mild sleep deprivation during the workweek. For instance, a study published in the American Journal of Physiology-Endocrinology and Metabolism found that extended sleep durations on weekends in otherwise healthy adults could reverse the adverse metabolic effects of short weekday sleep. I kind of like flexibility with my sleep right now as I train different sports etc.

Just saying out of respect, if you are Professor Andrew Bass, your copywriting campus in TRW has surface-level information on copywriting that I easily found on YT. In the beginning, I knew nothing and chose to learn copywriting under your campus. However, your campus and lessons taught basic info of copywriting and led me to have many unanswered questions that the captains couldn't answer and have ignored. I listened to your steps in succeeding copywriting and haven't made a single penny. You didn't tell me everything nor did you tell me completely how to succeed. How to land a client, how to grow your social media, how to present yourself, and other ways to land clients. etc... I am grateful to God that I had you as my professor because you helped me go from brokie mentality to just broke but knowledgeable on what I must do. I have a G mindset and have been finding answers to my own questions. I found other people who have more and better info about copy and can actually guarantee me results of making money within 3 months. I found all my answers not from you or anyone but from people who can answer them I had to put in extra work and go through months with no buck. Now All I will say is that God Is rewarding me soon for my patience and tolerance for the BS you put me through as well as my hard work and consistency. I do hope that you improve the copywriting campus bc it is garbage. It's full of noobs. And like I said it fails at actually educating people about copywriting. A lot of businesses complain about your students btw of how they get 1000s of dms from TRW students.
@CopywritingYTAccount
@CopywritingYTAccount 8 ай бұрын
Btw I am not the only one dissatisfied for the lack of return I got from TRW, many people like Tyson 4d complained the same thing. The community is great but it sucked in a lot of aspects. Yes, some people do make money but they don't reveal how exactly detail by detail. Though, given the time has past and my experience already I know several ways how they did it.
