I don't know whether it's because his father's voice is rather deep which is not as relatable to babies or if it's because he thought his daddy was going to undress him and then he'd be cold or whether with a little tongue action he was indicating he was still hungry or getting hungry. It is adorable. He just answers everything dad says.
