Hi Sam. That is so true. Where our treasures are. Something that we as believers treasure is or should be our relationship with Jesus Christ. I could not imagine dealing with my cancer without a relationship with Him. I will be leaving here in an hour to the hospital. My port, where they put the chemo is infected, and they need to remove it. It would be almost impossible to think about it without my relationship with Jesus christ! 🙂 Keep up the videos and the messages. God blessn Ed from Chicago!🙂

Ed, You are exactly right! Can't imagine not having that assurance of being saved. God Bless you and I'm praying for this infection and cancer you are dealing with. I really enjoy your testimony of faith in the Lord...

Great fire. Have you ever seen snakes around the brush piles? Excellent message. More treasures in heaven.( 2Tim 4: 6-8)
@tristardiggin Жыл бұрын
Very rarely do I see snakes. I guess the equipment sounds run them off before I see them. Appreciate the comment on the message. I will take treasures in Heaven any day over treasures here...

Hi Sam, another fire, this is where I came in! You need another hay bale to get it blazing. The message today really hit home with me. I`ve lost everything I own twice thanks to thieves The last time was 1982, when I decided my possessions were only "things" (much to my mother`s horror). There are more important things in life than material things. Now the fact that I live in Australia, have good health, have a roof over my head, and food on the table, and my beliefs is all i need to have a wonderful life. P.S. and my cat who has just stepped on this keyboard and lost half of my reply!
@tristardiggin Жыл бұрын
Yup, hay bales will sure get a fire going! I agree with you about what we treasure. That cat was wanting to talk too...

Yes sir you are living the good life! These are my absolute favorite types of jobs. So many of the ones I've been doing lately are not burn friendly. Get you some chaps buddy. My keys saved my leg (literally) on one job and my wife threw my chaps that were still in the truck at me and said "you make your son wear them now you wear them." LOL! I only have a slight scar, but not from the chainsaw. 🤣 NOTE: My bad, I see them now. They were about the same color as your jeans. 👍
@tristardiggin Жыл бұрын
Yup! Love these jobs. Taking a rough piece of ground and making it nice is very satisfying. I'm a believer in the chaps. Haven't always wore them but making a point to do that nowadays... Thanks

Stumbled onto your channel a couple videos back and had to subscribe. Love the content, it flows well and you have great editing. Also love the genuine personality that we see in the videos, its like we're right there on the job site with you. KZbin has gotten too far away from genuine people doing genuine things and everything is now Hollywood. I also appreciate the fact that you are willing to share scripture on the channel. I do landscaping and tree work and I feel this message is meant for me because its easy to get caught up in work and growing the business. Easy to always be looking at the next piece of equipment or how much money is in the bank and lose focus of relationships with family, friends, and Christ.
@tristardiggin Жыл бұрын
Thank you Zachary, I really appreciate that. I'm like you. I like to watch genuine people doing genuine work. I watch a lot of KZbin. In fact it's all I watch except for Mystery of Oak Island, still not sure they will find anything there though. 🤔 🤣 You nailed the intent of how I talk to the camera. I want folks to feel welcome and enjoy the videos. KZbin is very frustrating and growth is painfully slow. Maybe someday it will hit a higher gear and take off. It's in the Lord's timing though. The message in the video is the most important thing. I have had several folks share with me how the Lord has blessed them through something that was said, just like you mentioned in your comment. That message truly effects us all. We get caught up on what this world has to offer us instead of what the Lord has for us. So, again thank you for joining this little KZbin family and I appreciate you helping it grow to reach more folks. Oh yeah, and I hope you didn't skin your knee when you "stumbled onto the channel." God Bless, Sam

I’ve cleaned up several sites like this, I have good luck with a small pit to burn, on occasion when I had too many stumps to contend with, I would get a fire similar to this one, then situate the stumps in a circle facing inward around the fire. Continue to drop debris and smaller stumps over the top, it worked like in incinerator and continually burn down the surrounding stumps. Just a thought, and it works terrific.
@tristardiggin8 ай бұрын
Hey Terry, I bet that would work real well! Thanks for the info… Sam
@terrypapineau69938 ай бұрын
@@tristardiggin it does, I get the stumps into a cylinder shape, pretty tight, yet the air that leaks thru feeds the coals from the sides and bottom. The more you add, the more violent the fire, I have flames coming out the top like there is a blower on the coals.
