Triton 2009 Clock Spring Installation(Part 3 ).(Please subscribe).

Installing Clock spring and steering wheel. Tools required are t30. Phillip screw driver. 19mm socket and an Obd2 Scan reader to to read and clear code. First time i did a Triton clock spring

Considering i got the clock spring from the Wreckers for free It's worth it. I make alot of money from cars every year.

Take the time and patients. If you're out. The internal wires brake and a new one is around $140. I got this clock spring from the wreckers for free. That's a good price. As i do 40 plus repairable write off a year. I make alot of saving. I make around 60 a year from repairable write offs,

How about a vid showing the horn cover and steering wheel? would be agreat help as trying to find the source of my horn not working and airbag light on..Thanks a mil

I will do this video for you. But the car has a few Air Bags. I find this problem is usual with water damaged cars. Most of the time relays or deteriorated Earth. It would be hard to make a video like this as the problems are many. Check the Earth wire coming to air bag. Another thing is you need a computer to delete codes after fixing Tritons. Some times disconnecting the positive lead and the negative lead and touching them together for one minute deletes codes, but it doesn't work on tritons. Please make sure when you Earth the negative to the positive that both wires are not connected to the battery!

It's still the clock spring. Clock spring controls horn and Air bags. Other thing is it could be the relay or fuse. I have videos showing horn cover and steering wheels.

@@flenbo76 Horn is just an Earth. I do repairable write-offs and I fix what I get. Check your relay if you have problems with the horn.

bloody hell almost confused me with the spinning in a circle and if mechanics get paid to spin a thing over and over im laughing so hard 😂

@@dizzydollars6137 Better then Breaking the clock spring. If the steering Rack isn't put properly. It can break. They are only micro wires. I was more interested in the amount of turns left and Right . I seen people buy cars and you only had one and a half turns left and more then 3 turns right. That is a sign the car was in an accident
