Hey you guys! Now we know which song to put as our dad drives his truck to the store! LOL! This is definitely that song that we are going to depend on to cheer us up and to regain our balance! LOL! Overall, Mia and I appreciated this song for what it offered! We heard a unique voice, a double neck guitar, dueling guitar solo, a drum filling drummer and a fulfilling bass line! This is one of those songs that we all use from time to time! We hope you guys liked our reaction as much as we liked reacting to this song! And as always stay safe and we'll see you in our next video!

Triumph....One of the most underrated bands of the 70's and 80's. They were booked as a replacement act at the 1983 US Festival, and went on to steal the show. Check out some of the videos from the US festival.

The Halifax concert was a good concert , but you ought to see them at the US Festival 1983 there was almost half a million people at this concert and no one went home disappointed. It was in San Bernardino, California, Magic Power was one of the songs played, and you will see the difference in quality, and better sound. Guaranteed!!!! It's on You Tube

That was one cool show at the time. The Halifax Metro Centre was rockin' that night!!! It was some friggin' cold out (I think it was in the middle of January) but was hot as hell inside, didn't care for the opening act Brighton Rock but Triumph was awesome. Fun fact, even though Triumph is a 3 piece act they had hired a fourth member, Rick Santers to play rhythm guitar and keyboard.

I was at that concert in Halifax! It was sooo good, sat on the left side of the stage, we could see everything. They started to play something from Thunder Seven, and I jumped up and shouted 'Yeah' and Gill Moore pointed at me and smiled, I'll never forget that. I am so glad you enjoyed Triumph. Rock on!

A truly underrated Canadian rock band. I am now 61 years of age, I remember in my 20s when this stuff was coming out how much my friends and I really liked it. Very close to your reactions. One of the things I love about your show is how much the both of you really love and appreciate good music. Growing up, my friends and I did also and I still go to concerts every chance I get. No more mosh pits for me but I can certainly sit in a chair and listen. Triumph was sheer power and many of their songs are about the power of people, this one being about the power of women. A song worth singing. Rock On. - Jeffrey.

Top 10 at least for Triumph in my all-time favorite bands. Great writing, drums, bass and guitar along with Rik's voice! Saw them 3 times. One of the hardest working and professional bands ever. They give you your money's worth, worth every pennie, they leave it all on the stage. Only trouble is, you're reminded of the decades that have passed since this phenomenal music was made. Starting to feel a little old. lol.

This band credits Rush for helping canadian bands to be taken more serious and breaking out of the canadian market. Both were trios(though at one time triumph added a fourth guy for live shows) from toronto and debuted just one year apart btw. I see triumph as a more basic and mainstream version of rush.

Watch the whole concert!!!!...awesome songs and it was a good show! I live here in Halifax and my sister went to this show. The birds, flowers..etc...were lasers that they used to use to project images during concerts and the birds flying represent freedom and being wild. The flower represented being young. "Paratroopers Every Where" Allied Forces is Awesome L.P & Song that i brought on vinyl in Alice Springs middle of Australia soon after it was released many many Moons ago, sadly i sold all my L.P's bout 4 years ago but believe this song was on that album & The fact Juliet started to tear up at start glows to i You Have a Good Soul of transparent Truths Light as This Band did whilst releasing lot of Their Music "Fight the Good Fight" "Allied Forces" of Rock n Roll 🙃

Rik Emmett does indeed have a very smooth voice. It was so smooth that you both instantly forgot about the mullet. :)

I was be at a show in Philly on that tour. They weren't around all that long but they made an impact on the 80's.

Their sound in concert was as good as their studio recordings and their shows were state of the art for the era.

Another recommendation by Triumph is Rock & Roll Machine at the US Festival 1983. Also try Magic Power you'll enjoy the performance

The Three-piece Canadian tour! Yes. You know about Rush. But Triumph? Maybe Thin Lizzy? Someone is giving you good advice (Or you are learning on your own.) "Fight the Good Fight" is the one from Triumph that is a MUST...But there are many more. As a fan, I strongly encourage Thin Lizzy and how they obviously influenced Metallica and the whole Thrash era. Good work, Ladies!

Yes, Still In Love With You from the Live & Dangerous DVD would be the perfect choice for Thin Lizzy.
