Thanks for a great video Freddie, The V4 rally is perhaps the best adventure motorcycle available today. I have been riding the 2019 Multistrada 1260 Enduro for two years. It is an amazing motorcycle in terms of technology, road and off-road capabilities. But one of its problems is the emission of heat thrown to my left thigh while riding. It's hard for me to get used to it since I live in a hot country. Did you feel a heat while riding the V4 rally that made you feel uncomfortable?

If you put in a lot of hours on the bike a proper windshield is much nicer. Also get the quick shifter. Fyi, after 80,000 miles my GT is averaging 37 mpg. And I am not a gentle rider. No other cruiser has ever passed me in the twisties.

It’s funny the rocket looks a big old girl which is deceptive, Triumphs as a general rule are small in proportions, and anything seems light and nimble to us Harley riders . Have to say the rocket is a tempting purchase just be nice to hear one with a good set pipes on .

@@markettradinggenius personally I’d go with what you plan to use it for? If you do long runs, weekend riding holidays etc I’d go for the one with the largest fuel tank! Nothing worse than having to keep stoping to fuel and suffering with range anxiety. If you’re more a I’m out for a quick blip, afternoon ride Then go for the one that tickles your sweet spot the most. For me I go by tank range :)

I thought you'd get excited about this one, so look out for the commenter who says he switches off at fake screams of delight. As an owner of a Rocket 3 GT Triple Black, I was able to put him right, my son's first reaction as pillion was "F'n Wow!!". It does feel much lighter to ride than it ought to but it's certainly not light, especially trying to maneuver it in tight spaces. I'm a bit peeved with Triumph for releasing the Storm, they've copied the blacked out looks of the "Black" R and " Triple Black" GT whilst also adding the extra power of the " TFC". Since each of these is a " Limited edition " model, owners of them I believe had a right to some exclusivity. Still there's no getting away from the fact it's an awesome bike, probably the best engineered production bike on the market.

I found the turning circle a bit of a ball ache 🤣🤣🤣 You’ll see in the next episode Sunday as well as I struggle to get it round a parked car 🤣 Such an incredible motor But after doing the weekend circuit on it (coming to YT) I had range anxiety as it only seems to do 130 mile per tank! If you twist that throttle in sport mode…that tank empties fast 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@michaellilley67257 ай бұрын
@@MakaJerycho Thanks for your reply, Yes those two are it's Achilles heel, manoeuvring in tight spaces and range anxiety. The latter is made worse by striving to always treat it to the good stuff. To counter those though for some balance, 1) it's a two and a half litre engine on two wheels, bigger than many cars these days, 2) twisting that throttle is so addictive and four car passes are a blast 😊😊😂😂
