Triumph Street Triple 675R - Hampton Downs Track Day

Another track day using my 2009 Triumph Street Triple 675R.
This time organized by Blue Wing Honda at Hampton Downs National Circuit.
Learned so much on these sessions. Did so many mistakes as well.
Need to practice hitting the apex.
Need to work on my fitness as well.
This is medium/fast group. You can see the difference in corner speed of the faster riders.
I forgot to link the Race chrono app to my Gopro GPS so on board data was a bit messy and dropped off at lap 5
1:43 - Lap 1 - warm up lap.
3:11 - Lap 2 - recorded Personal best
4:33 - Lap 3 - Almost crashed by opening throttle too early
7:20 - Lap 5 - unofficial Personal best - Lap was not recorded.
Overall a very fun day and can't wait to go on the next one.

Haha I remember the feeling. You'll have so much fun, I'm sure! Start with a comfortable pace during the 1st session and build up from there.

Awesome video! I really want to learn how to get the overlays you have on there. It makes the video so much more interesting! Is that using the GPS from the GoPro?

Hey Kyle, thanks man. I used Race Chrono pro for the overlays and yes the gps data is from the gopro.

Hi Cindy, I'm using a gopro hero 8 with an ND filter. Yes I'm ok, thanks! Got lucky and only had a bruise on the elbow and a bit or neck pain due to whiplash. 🙂
