Hey for the audio clip, you could try placing the mic under seat with a foam, captures the bike sound pretty well and then in the edit could just sync it with the video😁

If your internet can handle it, try turning the video up to 4k when it's available. You might not have a 4k display, but the bitrate of the video will be higher and therefore the footage will be clearer :)
