I also prefer fan switch in the bottom hose as stated below fan is to control radiator temperature, thermostat is to control engine temperature. Looks like fine workmanship, impressive.

Well not strictly first time but it didn’t need much to get it to run. It did take time to settle down though and run right

The temp sender unit is in the wrong hose, it should be in the return line to the engine i.e. the bottom hose as you only need the fan if the radiator can't cope with cooling the engine. Also, the temp shock when the 'stat opens can set the fan to run thus sending overly cool water into the engine. I am surprised that there is no heat shield between the throttle bodies and the exhaust. At present the exhaust will heat up the throttle bodies and the engine will ingest hot air, which is a shame since the K&N filter has be obviously placed to suck in cold air. What oil is being used to condition the cam? The oil needs to have a goodly amount of ZDDP additive to ensure that the cam followers don't hollow out on the break in. I would use Valvoline VR4 as its both a premium grade oil as well as containing ZDDP.

Hi, On which one of your videos do you talk about Moly Coating? Thanks, Sam
@mgmidget-thebirthofaraceca43499 ай бұрын
from memory think its the injector bleeding and tuning video. in summary hte molykote replicates the natural carbon build up that occurs over time and fills in the small gaps around the throttle disc. when you clean the throttles you remove this but actually make it harder to set the tuning and idle as now air will be able to get past in the gaps created. using substances such as molykote was common practise in cars in the late 90s - and can really help the TR6 setup
