This particular video covers grinding-in the valves and refitting them to the head, before choosing a cylinder head gasket, prepping the head and cylinder barrels and then refitting the head.

I'd recommend not using those black valve stem seals. They don't last the distance and have a tendency to come off on the exhaust side.
