Triund Trek, May '16

This is a rough movie of my trek to the Triund Hill! I've covered landscape and small parts of the path that leads to the top. The top is at about 9000ft above the sea level, and is 9km away from the nearest town, McLeodganj, Dharamshala!
I started 11am and reached at about 4pm! the weather was sunny during the first 5 km, and then the texture & colour of the sky changed! The soft showers rinsed the trees and stones, and the valley got a magical touch!
This is how the nature welcomed us at the Top!
Obviously I couldn't resist noodles and tea sitting inside a tent, in a rainy windy cold weather!
I couldn't witness the nightsky due to rain and fog, but experiecing the Sunrise made me feel blessed! Sheeps, dark bluish blurry hills and the breaking golden colour in the sky just above the white hill tops!
Triund is a place with a vast beautiful natural scape, one can visit it, see it, but can feel it only if he has the love and respect for nature. ^_^
Triund has those vibes that'll connect you to the nature, I wish that it leaves its marks in your heart, which will tedn you to think upon the existence of Nature on earth!
I'm motivated to go out there and explore more places which still have the Natural Existence and the human touch has not yet taken over! And Plan how can the Human touch always be minimised!
I respect Nature! And I request everyone to be a responsible traveler! Inspire and stay Motivated! ^_^
We're not apart from nature, we're a part of nature! We all have to do our bit, to save, conserve and rebuild the natural blue & green Earth.

pragati verma this is not a long trek! many people go up in the morning and come down by noon! its a small easy safe trek! you can even do it alone!

Shiven Verma nope! There are no rooms at the top, but you can easily get tents over there! Happy traveling ^_^ Be a responsible traveller!
